It is absolutely safe to shop here at Geeked City and your payment is 100% protected with us. In order to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorised access Geeked City uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology works by enabling encryption (scrambling) of all sensitive information provided, which includes passwords and credit card numbers, when inputting them for online payments. The payments are then swiftly processed by a third party secure service. At no point do we have any access to your credit card information or any other sensitive details.  

 

SHIPPING

Geeked City has many manufacturing and merchant partners from around the world, which means we can provide you with all of the latest and most exciting items at excellent rates. Depending on the product and the demand for it, we often ship from our many warehouses that can be located across the world. We use a variety of courier services such as the Royal Mail if you’re in the UK or USPS if you’re based in America. 

Most items should arrive within 5 – 12 working days iff you’re based in the US, Europe, Australia & New Zealand. Other countries may take a little longer. 

While the vast majority of our shipments do arrive on time, please note that sometimes there may be some delays with delivery that are outside of our control. If it is late, then please do not worry as we guarantee it will be with you, and we may even be able to provide you with a coupon code to make up for it!

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?

Sometimes tracking numbers take a little while to update on the system, and your order may already be well on its way in transit. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your item and we’ll be able to locate it and provide you with an update. If you have not received your item or it has been lost in the post we will be happy to either send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund.
