1. Do the lights on the case turn off?

Yes! After you close the case and let it idle for about 30 seconds, the lights will turn off.

2. Do the lights affect the battery life?

No! We have many customers who attested that the lights do not affect battery life at all! In fact, our customers are always impressed by our battery life.

3. How about the headphone drivers & latency?

12mm headphone drivers & less than 60ms latency!

4. Do I need the Bluetooth Adapter?

No! It is optional! Our gaming earbuds have native Bluetooth V5.0 built-in. We offer an adapter for customers just in case they want to use our earbuds on other devices that do not have native Bluetooth.

5. Are these earbuds for gaming only?

No! We have many customers who use our earbuds for regular use, such as going to the gym, being on their computer/laptop/iPad/phone, & more! 

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or whatever the local courier service is in your location. Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 12 business days to Europe, USA, Canada & New Zealand, although it can take up to 21 days if there are delays! However, you may receive your items much earlier than expected.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! From time to time, there may be some delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
